Brian, Who every said BIG KIDS can't have fun. Never grow up it could get in the way of kite building. My brother and I used to build all kinds of kite when we were young, then we grew up....TOO BAD for us. I think your KITE TALES would make for a good read in childrens books, they seem to carry a message..Jules

My first kite was made out of newspaper, it didn't fly far but it did go up, I believe that was over 75 years ago, my Dad made it and he was no engineer, he was a policeman but he got the tacks and cotton and tails and off we went and it was the happiest day for many years to come. More Dads should do it now with their kids there would be less problems in the world, so lets all go fly a kite... Hugs, Shirley

This is a really great album, I remember with fondness the kites that my Dad built when we were kids, I have never lost the love of kite flying thanks to my Dad.

I see you are personally involved with these kites! It's interesting that you make them. The ones I saw at the festival looked expensive. Kites make a great album subject. That's what's fun for me, taking the photos! This is an informative album! ~Jade
