  • I put this on slideshow and really enjoyed all the great flowers you have growing there. I'm surprised to see lupins growing wild. Are the little orange ones a type of poppy? Thanks for the walk, it was great.

  • I often photograph wildflowers, so I enjoyed viewing these fine images of California wildflowers. There are endless varieties of wildflowers in the spring here in Central Washington. Many people think of the shrub-steppe areas as "wasteland" but they have never walked through these places in the spring when there are fields of colorful wildflowers.
