• Unthaw walleye fillets frozen in water
  • Rinse with water and place on plate
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, basil
  • Place on aluminum foil coated with olive oil
  • Place on grill
  • First flip at 4 mins or so...
  • 350 degrees (375-400 ok)
  • After 12 mins total (6 mins per side)
  • Perfect!
  • Firm but flakey!
