How great to see all this school pics. I went to Ellis (it didn't look like the picture here, ha) and Buckbee before attending 9th grade at Lincoln Jr. HS. I became very active in the Buckbee Commuity Center started in 1955. Our first social event wa a square dance, March 12, in the school gym. A fee of 25 cents was charged! I remember writing articles for the "Buckbee Buzzer" our school newspaper. One such article mentioned the "Achievement Tests" held that Feb. In our eighth grade class Joan Lindstrom ranked first, Larry McBain was second and Richard Lundberg was third. I have an old picture of Donna Lundberg (Richard's twin sister), Karen Simaitis, Anna Marie (Tootsie) Anderson and myself in our cheerleader outfits! What a riot!
