Carolyn Douglas Meriwether (1833-1914) was the daughter of Charles Nicholas Minor & Carolyn (Barker) Meriwether. She was born at Woodstock, Todd Co., Kentucky and died in Nashville, Tennessee. She married John Sturtevant and Michael Goodlett. She was the founder of the United Daughters of the Confederacy. [Photo from The Meriwethers and Their Connections by N.
