We discovered JEB Stuart's missing Confederate cavalry at the park. There were 17 horses that survived the long march that kept them from reaching Gettysburg in time to help Robert E. Lee. Half of these horses were in the long horse shelter to the right of the camp. Over time, the old Confederate cavalry has been replaced by Girl Scouts, who were on a three-week campaign in the park. Luckily, they refrained from using the Rebel Yell and scaring the bejabbers out of mapleleaf.
