After paying the tow guy $1400 to get our truck back with a new fuel pump, we decided to get the hell out of Dodge. The beds were so comfortable we ended up sleeping in and didn't check out until almost checkout time. The High Sierras form a backdrop to this town that is absolutely gorgeous. No wonder so many films have been filmed here! Lone Pine, California. 3-30-2007
