Our Goal was to have this completed and ready for the MN Street Rod Association "Back to the 50s" car show in June 2006. ====================================== ============================= I also thought this would be done months sooner than June. Little did I know what it really takes to do a body off and frame up restoration. I read a magazine article about a 57 Chevy truck project that was completed in just under 6 months with lotza help from several professional shops. The magazine article author raved about this short time-frame as rare. For many restorers, its more like 5 years. So once we got started, I realized that we really had to be very very aggressive to get ready in 4 1/2 months in time for the "Back to the 50s" June get-together. ====================================== ============================
