1999-2004 Detriot Red Wings exhibition Paul Ballantyne/Steve Duchesne, home/road, #28, CCM size 54, light/fair wear, a few stick/puck marks throughout. One repair on each sleeve as well as a repair to the front body. Team LOA. Jersey was worn by Steve Duchesne for home games during the 1999/00 through 2001/02 preseasons. It was then recycled for use for Paul Ballantyne for the 2002/03 and 2003/04 preseason road games. Paul Ballantyne was a 6th round pick, 196th overall by the Detroit Red Wings in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft and has yet to make it to the NHL. Steve Duchesne was signed as a free agent by the Los Angeles Kings in 1984 and was voted to the 1987 All Rookie team. Voted to play in 3 All Star Games (1989, 90 and 93) over the course of his 16 seasons in the NHL, the one time Stanley Cup Champion (2002) suited up with the Los Angeles Kings, Philadelphia Flyers, Quebec Nordiques, St. Louis Blues, Ottawa Senators and Detroit Red Wings. He played in a total of 1113 games, scoring 227 goals, 525 assist, 752 points (.68 PPG) +88 and 824 PIM's. Internationally, he represented Canada twice at the World Championships (1994 and 96). Steve Duchesne career high's; Games 82 1992-93 (Que), Goals 25 1988-89 (LA), Assists 62 1992-93 (Que), Points 82 1992-93 (Que), Penalty Minutes 109 1987-88 (LA) and Plus/Minus +31 1988-89 (LA).
