Even though his name might evoke thoughts of the mighty Roman emperor, this magnificent and beautiful boy is actually a very silly fella. He lopes and runs around the backyard and makes his foster mom laugh out loud with that great face. He loves his toys, and actively seeks out a play mate with one of his foster sisters. He is one happy guy. Caesar is housetrained, crate-trained, rides great in the car, walks well on a leash, and is fantastic with other dogs. Caesar needs to lose a few pounds - but with a little commitment and exercise, he will lose the weight easily!
