The buildings and beach scenes in both Monmouth albums are no longer there. The entire area is now the southern portion of Seven Presidents Oceanfront Park. The buildings were demolished in the mid 1970s. Joline Avenue leads to the entrance of the Seven Presidents Park. Color photos and slides were water damaged and/or mold covered and were, for the most part, restored by us, http://eaglewings-eyrie.com. We also created the digital art from the ruined photos and did the occasional manipulation of figures. The black and white photos were scanned from contact sheets, all that could be saved after water damage from a fire. The negatives were destroyed. This explains the dark, fuzzy, out-of-focus look on some of the b/w photos.
