Age: 3 years Gender: Female Color: Liver/White Weight: 42 lbs. Variety: Field-bred Poor Rumer! In early August 2007, a woman was driving down a lonely country road in Utah. There were 3 puppies in the middle of the road. The woman stopped. She picked up the tiny puppies. She looked for the mother dog and more puppies, but did not find anyone else. She took the puppies home. The puppies have since found homes. A few weeks later, the woman was driving down the same country road. She saw a Springer Spaniel. The woman pulled over. The dog came to her. It was the mother dog!!! It was Rumer! Rumer was in bad shape. There were foxtails in her feet, ears, and teats. Her ##### glands were severely impacted. The woman called ESRA. Rumer was taken to the vet right away. Thankfully, Rumer is on the mend and is doing great. Rumer is a very sweet, active dog. She is a little shy with people at first, but warms up quickly. She likes other dogs. Rumer loves to chase small animals, including cats. She is housetrained and knows some basic commands. She loves to cuddle. Rumer is wishing for a loving Forever Home. She never wants to be homeless again.
