======================================== =========================== This is a totally built 350 engine, bored 30 over making this now a 355. All the "right" new insides on this 4 bolt main. Block came from a 1975 Chevy 1 ton. Everything other than the block was brand new. Engine built by an engine shop in Iowa and completed in time for Doug, who masterminded everything related to the power train. ======================================== =========================== WOW ! ...... IT's FINALLY ON THE FRAME and EVERYTHING FITS!! ======================================== =========================== Bolted in beautifully. Well maybe, at least 5 minutes of work. Drive shaft correct length, yokes matches up, crossmember bolted in, motor mount towers are correct, tranny has just enough room under the cab's low hump area, etc. ... ======================================== =========================== Still a lot of work yet to do here, but this shows major progress for us and we felt a sense of encouragement. ======================================== =========================== IT's WINE COOLER TIME again!!! ======================================== ===========================
