This schedule and Benny's reaction to everything shows his great personality. He is the Energizer Bunny and we're thinking more that he is 6 rather than the 6-8 range. The highlight of his day is going to the dog park. There he swims, runs, plays with other dogs, and makes new human friends. He gets along with other dogs, cats, and any stranger is his friend. He likes kids. He is housetrained and has never had an accident. He doesn't chew or dig and is always on his best behavior. We call him Mr. Muddy Paws because his markings look like he's been playing in the mud. You may notice that he is missing some hair on his ear, from him scratching at his painful untreated ear infection. Benny's ears have cleared up and he is in great health now. His hearing is about 80% but he does great. We think he would do fine in a family where both parents worked, as long as there was a dog to play with. Right now Benny would prefer to be with someone who is home a lot but he is pretty adaptable. He has to have a dog best friend. A fenced yard will be a must with Bennett. His foster mom says he is the easiest foster dog she's ever had. His tail never stops wagging and he is one happy, sweet little guy.
