Neil is the General Manager at Minnies, a Chicago restaurant. He is responsbile for supervising the "Captains" or first-line managers and overseeing day to day transactions. He has many responsibilities including payroll, updating the work schedule and customer service. Today, the restaurant was extremely busy, and Neil had to help out in the kitchen. Although he normally does not perform this task, cooking is an important skill for him to have as he was able to help the kitchen staff.
