Me and my best friend, Dottie, were turned into a shelter by our family after many years. I guess sometimes it's hard to have a family and dogs, too. We were rescued by ESRA with little time to spare and whisked away to the western slope. We are now learning what it is like to be loved, to be a part of a family and what it means to romp on a farm. I am starting to relax a bit now and enjoy the country. I would like to be in charge, if permitted, but I do well with men, women, children and cats, once I've gotten to know them. I don't need to play alot. My hips are not in great shape, but my foster mom is working on keeping me comfortable I still love to go on walks, especially with my friend, Dottie.
