We were hanging out and running around the Texas hill country for a while, and a nice man let us go home with him. He gave us food and a bath, and pulled all the cactus spines out of us. However, he already had two dogs and couldn't keep us, so he contacted ESRA. We're Texan cowboys through and through, and have now recovered from our dusty rambling. We were both pretty dirty and horribly matted. Now though, we're handsome and healthy fellas. When we're outside, our favorite things are running, swimming, and playing fetch. We're both house-trained and crate trained, love to ride in the car, and sit for our treats. Our foster mom says that we're very smart, sociable, and very gentle souls, and yes, we're pretty attached to each other. We're a bit shy at first, but once we get to know you, we're friendly and happy and love to be near our people. Snuggling is our specialty, and Sundance likes to kiss the girls, yuck! We get along with other dogs great, but are untested with cats. Neither of us are dominant or aggressive at all, but because we love to run and play, we prefer kids big enough to play with us.
