Album Info:

Slottsparken (The Castle Park) is a modern city park that has water as its main motif. Big stretches of woodland, wonderful views and plenty of park benches characterizes this park. The park used to be a training ground for the Malmö Household Regiment during the 19th century. Today Malmö Canoeingclub has its training center here. The park, which was designed by Edvard Glæsel, was inspired by American everyday parks.

    • This is an excellent photo with the foreground statue adding so much interest. I was in a Swedish coffee lounge earlier this week by the way - Miss Mauds. She is a Swedish lady who migrated to Perth many years ago and now owns about a dozen coffee lounges, at least one large restaurant and a hotel. You could say she has done quite well for herself!! Her pastries are to die for!! I've enjoyed your three once again. Hugs, Peter
