I get along with all the other dogs. I really enjoy playing in the yard, and in the kiddie pool. I know several commands and I am housetrained. I love to ride in the car. I met a cat at the vet's office and I was OK. I also like kids. I do not like the crate. I spent a month at the shelter and I will not go in one. I am a bit hand-shy. I don't get up on the furniture. I like to sleep on a blanket next to the foster parents' bed. They say I'm a Velcro girl around the house because I am always right there. Right now I want someone to watch me while I'm eating. I need a little reassurance. I was taken to the shelter by Animal Control because I was neglected. My owners kept leaving me alone without food, water, and shelter, and especially companionship. So I'd like lots of love and companionship to make up for that. I went to the vet after getting out of the shelter. I'm up to date on everything and in good health. My coat was a terrible mess, though. I didn't even look liver, I was so sunbleached. I had mats like you wouldn't believe. I got a field cut and I feel great now. My foster parents will update when they learn more about me. I am sweet and easygoing, and I'd love to go home with someone who will love me.
