For "apatent" and others who experienced problems viewing the video: Perhaps your difficulties with smoothness and/or soundtrack skipping have more to do with the age/speed of your computer and less to do with a very current on-line presence like Webshots.

I have one more comment for those people who are making comments about the ones having problems, saying that they need to get this and that. Some people can't afford all the new things. If you were the one having the problems you would be singing a different song. And some of you would probably be the ones complaining the loudest. (I know some are trying to help but the rest of you know who you are.) WEBSHOT's didn't put this comment board on here for people to poke fun at each other. It was meant for help so that they could know where the problems are (if there are problems) and fix them! ! ! So knock off the comments about each others computers, what they have or don't have and keep it to the reason of this discussion board! ! ! Finding and fixing any problems that may exist! ! ! Yes, I, myself am having problems, but that's not why I wrote this. Even if mine played smooth I still won't like that some people can't view it. I know WEBSHOTS will do their best to fix the problem. Not sure if we are commenting on the show itself or the video interface? Video Interface: 1) It wouldn't stream properly on 6mbs cable. Played smoothly by stopping it & letting it load first, then playing, but still had pixelated/grainy picture quality. 2) The web page does not work well in Internet Explorer 7, even after completed loaded. Continually freezes & is very difficult to get a "window" of opportunity in between freezing, where one can scroll or use the media controls etc. Worked somewhat better in Firefox, but still same issue. Sorry, I have no input or advice here as to what exactly you've got going on technically that is causing this most severe problem. Video Itself: 1) I enjoyed the video content. The animals were cute & the host was cheery. 2) I don't find it personally offensive at all, but in the first video there is some cursing bleeped out, but still very easy to hear. Sits fine with me, just not sure about children that may be watching?

I can watch and hear everything perfect and started playing strait away, I've got a broadband connection with unlimited speed (as fast as the copper cables will give, not optical cables this side of the world yet)It will be interesting to know what type of connection the people with problems have. I think you can guess by now from all the comments that there is a problem (at your end) with playing this video. I have broadband 3MB connection, and the video is still choppy. That's because you are serving it choppy. Please fix this. I know you are not uTube, but you really need to get that problem sorted out now. The content is quite good and your presenter did a great job, but the musis is terrible. It should be binned!

Could wait to see the whole thing as it took too long to download. It would only down load 1 sec every 105 secs or so. Once it was downloaded and you replayed it it was smooth and continuous, but couldn't wait for the whole process...had to get back to work.

I dont know why everyone is saying the sound is bad or the picture jumps etc, they just got poor connections or even poorer computers and a need a major upgrade! Everything worked fine for me, just dont focus entirely on kids stuff or you'll lose half the audience! Hey people, you need to cache the video so you get smooth play, especially if you got a slow connection!

The picture is blurry all the way through, and the sound is aweful. At first I thought it had to load, I have had video's do this in the past however when it played the second time around it was the same aweful broken and skipped voice. Tucson voters approved a bond that, in part, would bring to the Old Pueblo a large aquarium, but that idea was shelved. So I was looking forward to this look at the Steinhart Aquarium but I am afraid it is not going to work on my antiquated PC. All I saw was a grainy video with very slow movement and no sound. If a person waits for the program to load, there doesn't seemed to be much wrong with it. It is a large file so it takes a bit for it to load. Idea is sound and will be a nice addition to the Webshots site. I will be trying to use it often, if others add videos to it.

Very cute idea, but I also had a lot of trouble with choppy video and sound. Pushing the progress slider back to the beginning after it had had a chance to load some helped a little, but the slider caught up with the loading process quickly, and went right back to the stop-and-start. I'm on high octane DSL with a fairly new and fast computer, and videos from other sites play fine, so I'm not sure what the problem was here. The idea and content, as I say, are really cute, though.

I found the video to have an inconsistent framerate and as my computer is exceptionally powerful and I am on 4mb broadband I believe the fault must be with your techies.
